It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Burt of Maud, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vanoy Burt and Ollie Blanche Burt; and his sisters, Elaine Martin, Patricia Rachel, Nancy Burt and Kathy Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Burt of Maud; his daughters, Elisa Burt of Maud, Brandi (Tony Langford) of Texarkana and Traci Burt of Maud; his grandchildren, Colton Langford, Drew Langford, Macauley Langford, Kayson, Kaigen Langford, Kaylin Newton, Kaleb Newton and Presley Carrell; and his siblings, Rose Rachel of Little Rock and Donald Burt of Quinlan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
