He is survived by: his wife Irene Banks of Maud, Texas; his granddaughter Jennifer Tumey (Chris) of Fouke, Arkansas; his great great grandchildren, Katherine Tumey, Christopher-Boyd Tumey, Jessie Tumey, Rebecca Harley and Conner-Ray Harley; and his brother Harwell Banks of Texarkana.
