She was predeceased by: her spouse Uray Capps; her parents, Douglas Martin and Minnie Martin; and her siblings, Donald Martin, Gene Martin, Rodney Martin, Pauline Fowler, Lucille Turner, Dorothy Brewer, Cora Helen Martin and Christine Thomason.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Capps of Houston, Texas, Melanie (John McCallie) and Teresa (Mike Savage); and her grandchildren, Jason Scarbrough of Bismarck, Erin Jordan of Texarkana, Christina Bradley of McKinney and Rich Savage of Brooklyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Texarkana Animal League.
