He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Boss" Pryor and Tilda Ford Pryor of Maydelle, TX.; his wife Saundra Kay Buckelew Pryor; and his siblings, Richard, Melvin, Bill, Phillip, Paul, Pete and Elsie.
He is survived by: his sister Edith Appelt; and his sons, Tony Pryor, James Pryor, Kevin Pryor (Sandra) of Flint and Tracy Pryor (Nikki) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home (221 W 5th St, Rusk, TX 75785). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
