He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nelson Depew, Sr. and Angelina Depew. He is survived by: his wife Marianela Diaz Sanchez; his children, Michael Depew of California and Kathleen Marvin of Michigan; and also Maricela Diaz Sanchez.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kreidler Funeral Home, Inc. (314 N 10th St, McAllen, TX 78501). A rosary was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (620 N Dunlap Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
