He is survived by : his siblings, Roberto Rivera (Gilda), Alfonso Rivera (Maria), Martin Rivera (Flor), Francisco Rivera (Angelina), Paulino Rivera (Terry), Reynaldo Rivera (Glenda), Maria Elena Escobedo (Jose) and Carmen Rivera; his children-in-law, Yesenia Rivera and Ricardo Mendez; and his grandchildren, Emilia and Abbigail Mendez.
