He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Celia Flores; his parents, Inez Flores and Sara Flores; and his siblings, Omar, Corina, Inez Jr., America and Mine Flores.
He is survived by: his children, Graciela Williams (Vincent "Vince"), Lee Roy Flores and Rolando Flores Jr. (Jannell); and his siblings, Anita Lopez, Arnoldo Flores and Emeterio Flores. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
