He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Bernard; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his mother Amelia Rita Kretz (Thomas); his son Cash; his sisters, Becky (Tom), Lori and Melissa (Patrick); his sister-in-law Rachel; the mother of his child Shirley; and his stepdaughter Kayla. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Toledo Humane Society.
