She was predeceased by: her father Martin Banke; her husband Kenneth Caldwell; and her brothers, Victor, Marvin, Martin and Edward.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Caldwell of McKinney, Texas and Michael Caldwell (Tracy) of Jensen Beach, Florida; and her siblings, Dorothy Tapp of McMinnville, Oregon, Donald Banke of North Plains, Oregon and James Banke of Salem, Oregon..

Memorial Donations be sent to Hope Women's Center (myhope.org) in lieu of flowers.
