He is survived by : his wife Rosantina Duque; his children, Homero Guadalupe Duque, Jr. of Melvin, Nolberto F. Duque of Melvin, Roel Daniel Duque of Melvin, Eulalia F. "Loli" Duque of Melvin and Maria Magdalena Duque of Melvin; and his grandchildren, Justice Michele Duque and Nathan L. Duque. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
