We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2020, at the age of 87, Melvin Edward Skaggs of Melvin, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melvin Edward Skaggs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert S. Skaggs and Ardell Joiner Skaggs; his brother Stanley; and his sister-in-law Marinell Skaggs. He is survived by : his daughter Tonia Tolle; his siblings, Lowell Skaggs (Ethylene) and Margie Hale (Argie); and his nieces and nephews, Gary Skaggs, Connie Moss, Larry Skaggs, Kristi Davis, Michael Hale, Lisa Corbell, Randy Skaggs and Paul Skaggs.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to De Leon First Baptist Church, in memory of Melvin.
