She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond McGinnis and Louise Crenshaw; her siblings, Raymond McGinnis and Betty Lou; and her son Claude Edward Billions.

She is survived by : her children, Paul Manning, Sandra Nichols (Ray) and Teresa White; her grandchildren, Charlotte Derouen (Craig), Adam Manning, Justin DeCoster, Haley Gardner (Ben) and Ashley Steele (Paul); her great grandchildren, Rebecca, Max, Alice, Rylie, Kennedy, Kaylee and Easton; and her husband Ron Spinks.
