She is survived by : her husband Paul Kothmann; her sons, Vince Smith of Austin and Dietrich Rambo (Loren); her grandsons, Blaign, Noah of Brandon Mississippi and Dewey Rambo (Amy) of Amarillo, Texas; her stepchildren, Rex Kothmann, Tenzy Bradley, Mann and Cary Rambo; her sister Monya Fortenberry (Steve) of Granbury, Texas; her nephews, Chris and Hank Cunningham; and her niece Michelle Clayton.
