We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 82, Kelsey Le Roy Branaman of Menard, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Taylor Branaman and Ottie Orene Byers; and his siblings, Travis, Doug, Deon Branaman and Darlene Greenup.
He is survived by: his wife Lou; his children, Ray Welch, Vanessa Finney (John) and Cherry Swindall (Cody); his grandchildren, John Cody Cardenas (Leighann), Aressa Branaman, Dalton Walker (Kaci) and Taylor Twombly (Ricky); and his sisters, JoElla Wooten (David), Venida Farr (Tom), Joy Waller (Jay) and Jan Springfield. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
