He is survived by: his father Saturnino Noriega (Amy Gonzalez); his children, Heriberto "TJ" Noriega Jr. (Nadia) of Mercedes, Raylene Noriega of Houston, Elijah Noriega of Edinburg, Veronica, Isaac Gonzalez and Katalyea Gonzalez of Mercedes; his grandchildren, Nevalyn, Adelynn, Shaelyn and Tatum Noriega; and his siblings, Martha E. Noriega (Roy Gil), Sandra G. Noriega, Saturnino Noriega Jr. (Esmer), Debbie A. Noriega, Patricia N. Maldonado (Indy), Yvette Noriega and Roy Sierra (Janie Chacon).
