He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeferino Martinez and Maria Efren Toledo; and his siblings, Antonio Martinez, Lorenzo Martinez, Francisco Martinez and Rebecca Martinez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Agustin Martinez (Carmen), Dolores Martinez and Enedina Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
