She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cuellar and Hilaria Cuellar; her son Luis Ayala; and her siblings, Concepcion Cuellar, Maria Rodriguez, Jose Cuellar, Guadalupe Cuellar, Amador Cuellar and Federico Cuellar.

She is survived by: her children, Arturo Ayala (Mari), Eliza Lares (Juan), Juan Manuel Ayala (Lucy), Rogelio Ayala (Ruth), Noemi Lopez and Javier Ayala; her brothers, Victor Cuellar, Andres Cuellar (Juanita) and Juan Cuellar (Paula); and her daughter-in-law Rosa Ayala. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
