She is survived by: her children, John J. Pena (Marta) of La Joya, Noemi Valdez (Antonio) of Mercedes, Maria of Jesus, Cisneros of Mercedes, Dora Elias Venegas of Mercedes, Alicia (Jose) of Jesus Lopez and Nelda M. Pena of Mercedes; and her siblings, Santos Cantu, Carmen Mercado, San Juana Saldana, Hipolito Reyes Jr., Maria Meza, Francisco Reyes, Benjamin Reyes and Antonio Reyes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
