He was predeceased by : his parents, William Moore and Dorothy Martin Moore; his granddaughters, Courtney Robbins and Brittany Fields; and his great grandchild Kaisley Stewart.

He is survived by : his wife Ide Moore; his siblings, Frank Moore (Jo Nell) of Bryan and Helen Dickson of New Braunfels, Texas; his children, Dana Moore (Trish) of Leander and Gayla Robbins (Tim) of Colorado; and his stepsons, Bennett Fields of Clifton, Randy Fields (Liz) of Wichita Falls and Kenneth Fields (Rhonda) of Clifton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Billy's name to Providence Hospice in Whitney or your favorite church.
