He is survived by : his siblings, Ronald Norfolk and Donna; his grandfather Harold; his children, Chuck Norfolk, Jr. (Courtney), Steven Norfolk, Cindy Bailey (Leigh) and Tim Norfolk (Chante); his grandchildren, Kasey, Meagan, Leigh, Sora, Kevin, Perri, Trent, Piper and Emelia; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Zackery, Ezra, Averie, Mike, Rylie, Addyson and Josiah.
