He was predeceased by: his parents, K. E. Pennington and Lula Bess Hardegree; and his wife Gloria Mince Pennington. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Stevens and Lori Morgan (Ernie); his grandchildren, Michael Stevens, Cayden Morgan and Kaylee Heetland (Clayton); his brother Horace Pennington (Nell); his close friend Shirley Sides; and his caregiver Rachel Byrd. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
