Biera; her children, Vicki Rodriguez and Joe Chris Biera (Rick McManemon); her sons-in-law, Robert Rodriguez and Frank Rodriguez; her siblings, Socorro Rosas and Jesse Acuña; and her sister-in-law Ida Acuña.
