She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Murrel Riggan and Willie Mae Davis Riggan. She is survived by : her former life partner Mike Rice; her husband David Featherston; her son Brandon Rice (Rose Marie) of Forth Worth; her grandsons, Jacob (Torre Gibson) of Portsmouth and Lucas (Kelee Gibson) of Fort Worth; her great grandchild Lincoln James Gibson; her siblings, Lonnie (Teresa Riggan) of Merkel, Tim (Dianna Riggan) of Snyder and Jane (Bill Clark) of Merkel; and her sisters-in-law, Sara Goldsmith of Abilene and Carolyn Northcutt of Abilene.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to White Church Cemetery, Pioneer Memorial Methodist Church, or Mulberry Canyon Fire Department.
