He was loved and cherished by many people including : his son Kenneth Wade; his brother Jim Steger (Ann); his parents, Earl Steger and Jacqueline Carr Steger; and his wife Peggy Wuemling.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (105 W Juanita Ave, Mertzon, TX 76941). A burial was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at the Sherwood Cemetery (Mertzon, TX 76941). Services must be attended with mask and social distancing will be required.
