He is survived by: his mother Rose Elaine Partain (Unger); his stepfather Doug Lester of Bogata, Texas; his sisters, Pam Partain and Paula Flowers (Jason); his siblings' children, Daniel (Erin), Robert (Katie), Kevin, Laura, Serenity and Lil Jeffrey; and his great-niece Evelyn Dawn. He is also survived by one grand nephew on the way; and numerous extended family and friends.
