She was predeceased by: her parents, Donna Allen (Farquar) and Norman Allen; her brother Terry Allen; and also Norman Ashton of Zanesville, Ohio.. She is survived by: her brother Randy Allen of Zanesville; her sons, Christopher Balsley of Zanesville and Michael Balsley of Dayton, Ohio; and her close friend Bill Crenshaw. She is also survived by seven grandkids.
