She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Payton and Juanita Ingram McGowan. She is survived by: her children, Steve McGowan and Jessica Porter; her grandchildren, Seth McGowan and Seidy McGowan; her siblings, Danny McGowan (Joyce), Joan Wright (Danny), Alice Akin (Jim) and Joe McGowan; and her cousin Lilly Hammer. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
