It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Frances Carter of Midland, Texas, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Carter; her grandchildren, Bryce, Alecta, Blake, Renee and Lyn; her great grandchildren, Mari, Miles and Josie; her daughter Brandi; her son-in-law Jeremy; and her son Jason.
She would have loved the idea of anybody desiring to send flowers or other tokens of condolence to instead donate in her name to either Paws in Need Animal Rescue; Peeps and Creeps; or Toys for Tots.
