He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Urban and Annie Urban; his wife Laura Bell Thompson; his son Larry; and his siblings, Nancy Brosig, Pauline Dusek, Bessie Arthur, Edwin, William and James.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Jarzombek (Larry), Terry Urban (Gregg), Alton Urban and Sondra Urban; his daughters-in-law, Debra Urban and Cheryl Urban; and his grandchildren, Chris, Curtis, Patrick, Darcy, Jennifer, Katie and Elizabeth. He is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild and many close friends.
