He was predeceased by: his mother Stephanie Adair; his mother-in-law Charlotte Gunter; and his nephew Kody Martindale. He is survived by: his father Glenn Adair; his wife Tiffany Adair of Midland; his son Parker Adair of Bossier City, Louisiana.; his stepmother Susan Adair; his brothers, Zach of Kent, Ohio. and Ross Adair (Gretchen) of Kent, Ohio.; his father-in-law Russell Gunter (Lori Ripley) of San Antonio; his siblings-in-law, Tonia Martindale (Jimmy) of Midland and Rusty Gunter (Sarah) of Lubbock; his niece Kaci Martindale of Midland; and his aunts and uncles, Ronnie, Andy, Timmy, Dave, Jeff Hanzel, Cheryl Weekley and Cindy Adair.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home (3800 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705).
In lieu of flowers, Jeremy requested donations be made to the National Autism Association, the American Cancer Society, or the ASPCA.
