He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel E. Young and Elnor Young; and his brother-in-law Brent Bateman. He is survived by: his wife Pat Young; his daughters, Dondi Moran of McKinney and Joeli Young of Midland, Texas; his granddaughters, Jaylee Carpenter (Landon), Kylee Magee (Eoin) and Lexee Moran; his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Lainey Carpenter, Everlee and James Magee; his siblings, Dixie Johnson (Travis) and Jarvis Young; and his brother-in-law Mike Billings (Phyllis). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
