He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavio Gonzalez and Basilisa Quintela. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Gonzalez, Anita Gonzalez, Jorge Gonzalez, Blanca Madrid, Adelaida Gonzalez, Efrain Gonzalez, Alberto Gonzalez, Gilberto Gonzalez and Amalia Ahrens; and his grandchildren, Arnulfo Gonzalez, Samuel Gonzalez, Patty Gonzalez of Hidrogo, Thomas Madrid, Adriana Villa, Ruben Villa, Favian Villa, Jorge Gonzalez, Baldo Gonzalez, Emanuel Gonzalez, Ulises Gonzalez, Raul Gonzalez, Luis Gonzalez, Tim Ruple, Cristina Ruple and Samantha Ruple. He is also survived by 42 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home (3800 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the San Miguel Arcangel Catholic Church (1100 Camp St, Midland, TX 79701).
