He is survived by: his wife Teri Foulds (Smith); his children, Sutton Coy Foulds, Sawyer Michael Foulds and Sloan Avery Foulds; his mother Judy Hadaway (Case); his father-in-law Jerry Hadaway; his siblings, Casey Foulds and Bill Brewer; and his brothers-in-law, Phillip Smith (Mary) and Scott Smith (Janet).
