She was predeceased by: her husband Pedro Badillo; her brothers, Salvador and Ernesto Montoya; and her parents, Julia Flores and Victor Montoya.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ana Smith and Julia Badillo Jimenez; her grandchildren, Roderick Smith Jr., Latoya Smith and Salvador Uriel Jimenez; and her great grandchildren, Tarion, Jaxson and Mateo Smith. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
