He is survived by: his children, Belinda Silva (Abel Silva), Mark Garcia and Clarissa Chavez; and his brother Ruben Garcia (Isabel Garcia) of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by his 12 Grand Children and 1 Great Grand Child.
