He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Arciga and Teresa DeLaFuente; his wife Rosalia Ruiz; his daughter Maggie; and his granddaughter Sarah Deleon (Irma Arciga).
He is survived by: his siblings, Caesar Arciga, Javier Hernandez, Irma Arciga and Aida Arciga; and his children, Rosalia Galindo, Armando Arciga, Magdalena Arciga, Josefina DeLeon, Arturo Arciga, Salvador Arciga III, Rafael Arciga, Martha Arciga and Delia Carrasquillo. He is also survived by 20 grandkids, 37 great grandkids and 7 great great grandkids.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79701). A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven North Cemetery (6510 TX-349, Midland, TX 79705).
