We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2024, at the age of 62, Tim Shawn Carter of Midland, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carter and Eloise Carter; his parents-in-law, James and Lavelle Frost; and his brother-in-law Al Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Frost; his children, Emily Carter Bloodworth (Hilton), Carter and Austin James (A. J.); his siblings, Diane Moore and Steve Carter; and his in-laws, Sharon Frost Willard, Greg, Kari Frost, Wade and Michelle Frost. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
