Riggs (Billy Meeks) of Euless; his grandchildren, Suzanne Liscum (Jason) of Houston, Zane M. Riggs of Midland and Casey W. Riggs (Levi Estes) of Lamesa; and his great grandchildren, Vivian Liscum of Houston and Genevieve Riggs of Midland.
