She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rutherford and Gurlen "Gus" Ellis; and her siblings, Maggie Templin, Gurlen and Don Edwin Ellis.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Wayne Kinsala; her children, Pam Westmoreland (Michael Mayfield) and Randy Kinsala; her grandchildren, Alisha Boren (BJ), Brandi Bonner (Brett), Allen Kinsala (Mallory) and Randall Kinsala; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Gavin Boren, Baylee, Brody Bonner, Kyle Kinsala, Coy and Max Lanza; and her siblings, Nella Willbanks and Jim Ellis.
