He was predeceased by: his parents, R. P. Fussell and Mae Fussell. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Cameron Fussell (Jennifer), Kurtis Kelly (Sierra), Dylan Fussell (Kimberly), Emily Fussell (Caleb Wallace), James Fussell, Nickelas Glasscock and Blake Fussell; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Easton and Madi; his brother Greg Fussell; his sister-in-law Lila; his stepfather Cowser; his parents-in-law, Robert Travis and Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Chastain, Beverly, Steven Culp and Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, a great-nephew, great-nieces, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Howard's memory to TBHC Foster Care & Adoption or the Ellis County Children's Advocacy Center.
