It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Abshire of Midlothian, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James B. Lackey and Mary Katherine Lackey; and her significant other Charlie Abshire. She is survived by : her sister Billie Joy Bradford of Warren; her children, Charles Wayne Abshire (Linda) of Victoria, Robert Abshire (Sue) of Angleton, Linda DeCarlo of Mansfield and Dana Marie Sparks (Dana Scott) of Midlothian; and her grandchildren, Bobby Abshire, Tori Faryna, Colby Abshire, Michael Hajecate, Kelly Abshire, Alexis Mushinski, Sherri DeCarlo, Justin Walker and Jacob Walker. She is also survived by her family and was the most wonderful mother her children.
