Self and Donnie Jewel Wright Self; his wife Josephine Annie "Joan" Self of Midway; his daughters, Debra Blair (James) of Big Spring and Patricia Brookes (Michael) of Lubbock; his brother Bob Self (Cecilia) of Sugarland; his grandchildren, Heath Blair (Jacy) of Coahoma, Marlana Ott (Harold) of Big Spring, Elizabeth Brookes of Broomfield and Samantha Brookes of Lubbock; and his great grandchildren, Corbin Blair, Braxton Blair, Makinze Blair, Vance Ott and Theron Ott.
