He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Lowe and Lula Folsum Lowe; his siblings, Gracie Martin, Liza Mae McWilliams, Delma Peshoff, Daisy Shaver, Henry Lowe and Hardy Lowe; his parents-in-law, James Hare and Maxine Hare; and his sister-in-law Linda Hare.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lowe of Milam; his children, James Lowe, Jr. (Angie) of Milam, Kenneth Wayne Lowe (Leslie) of Crystal Beach, Mac Keith Lowe (Shannon) of San Augustine, Jamie Clark (Vince) of Milam, Vanessa Elliott (William) of Milam, Sharon Yonts of Milam and Karen Yonts of Huntington; and his siblings, Dalton Lowe (Dora) of Mauriceville, Denton Lowe of Hemphill, Larry Lowe of Fairmount, Rosie Boudreaux of Vivian, Darlene Bartlett of Sulphur, Christene Coleman of Creole, Loretta, Jeff of Bell City and Onie Lee Lucius (John) of Hemphill. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
