She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Edward and Edith Cornelia Perry Cheek; her brother John Lee Cheek; and her granddaughter Kristi Mayfield. She is survived by: her children, David Paul Mayfield, Jr. and Carolyn Lynn Lasyone (Timothy); her siblings, Theodore Edward Cheek (Faye), Nancy Lacombe (Kenneth) and Janell Land; her grandchildren, Danielle Paige Mayfield, Rachel K. Mayfield and Dustin Lasyone; and her great grandchildren, Madison Dauzat and Jackson Holsomback.
