He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Mark Kizer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sue Kizer; his sister Diane Harris; his son Craig Kizer (Karen); his grandchildren, Kara Kizer, Krista Dabney (Travis Dabney) and Brandon Kizer (Charmayne); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Alayna and Kennedy Jane.
