He was predeceased by : his father Billie Harvey; and his wife Alma Clarene Anderson. He is survived by : his daughter Tracie Bracken (James) of Mineola; his siblings, Pat Fernando, Linda Nixson, Ronnie Harvey and David Harvey; and his grandchildren, Brittany Valderaz and Chris Bracken.

Being the very giving man that he was, he also donated to numerous children's charities.
