She was predeceased by: her husband Francisco Ponce; her parents, Inosencio Gutierrez and Maurisia Alonzo; her son Jose Luis Ponce; and her siblings, Ermelinda Cantu, Elida Cord, Ema Gonzalez and Guadalupe Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her children, Juan Peña Gutierrez, Maria Martina Duran and America Ponce; and her brother Humberto Gutierrez. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
