Though Israel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Serapio Garcia and Herlinda Rodriguez; and his wife Irma Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Israel Garcia Jr., Ivonne Garcia, Deborah Garcia and David Garcia.
A memorial service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary- Mission Tx (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A rosary was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
