He is survived by: his wife Jan Partin; his daughters, Summer Partin of Mixon and Julie Barton (Pat) of Mixon; his siblings, Patty Fails-Berryhill (John) of Mixon and Joe Ed Partin of Whitehouse; his granddaughter Antonya Barton (Eliazar "Eli" Avellaneda); and his great grandchild Esperanza Avellaneda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
