She is survived by: her husband Louie J. Lambeth of Mixon; her son Adam Lambeth (Brista) of Whitehouse; her siblings, Larry Smith (Kay) of Gallatin, Juanice Foster of New Boston and Curtis Smith (Nancy) of Frankston; her grandchildren, Brock, Georgia and Maggie; and her nephews, Jody Smith of Gallatin, Eric Smith of Kennard, Charlie Smith of La Vernia, Curt Smith of Bullard, Chad Smith of Hurst and Donnie Matura of Mineral Wells. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
